Burritos are super good and come in all different types of flavors. They come really big, definitely worth the money!

This gem of a food truck is tucked away at the top of the mountain. It's not only the best breakfast in cloudcroft but may be the best breakfast burritos in New Mexico. All made from scratch and buy some wonderful people. It's like you can taste the love in it. We had the bacon green chili burrito, the brisket bacon and just a bacon burrito. All 5 star choices. It's only been open a year so it's really new to the area. If you're lucky to strike up a conversation with Ron or Teresa you will find great people with a really amazing story. If you're truly lucky and catch them on a day that they have banana bread then you're in luck. This truly will warm your spirit. Just one of those unsuspecting places you will never forget.

Breakfast burritos are the best I've had in a very long time. You'll only need one for a full size adult. They nearly broke the bag. The gentleman who took my order was extremely nice. Salsa was the bomb

I had a great brisket burrito. It was large, delicious, and filed with tender beef, potatoes, and other good stuff. It's right off the main road, and has convenient parking. I would recommend the Cook Caboose for a quick, and filling meal in Cloudcroft NM.

FERNANDO'S burritos are huge! Eat at their picnic tables or take it to go. One burrito is enough for two people or one really hungry person. We had half there and the other half for lunch. High quality ingredients, fast service, filling burritos.
